  Send the package back to our boutique using a trackable shipping service; we recommend insuring the shipment as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
